RS485 Wiring
- For correct RS485 wiring: Follow the guidelines for RS485 wiring.
- If the wiring shown in the table below is incorrect, please let us know.
- There is no general consensus in the industry about the usage of A and B for the RS485 polarity, so it may be counterintuitive and opposite of what you might expect for some devices.

Warnung
NOTE: RS485 Device Addresses
- You MUST give each device on the RS485 bus a unique address. Check the manual of the device on how to do this.
- Use lower addresses first (1, 2, ...) because the a-TroniX Controller will find them faster!
- For each device, it is generally recommended to stick with the factory default baud rate, parity, and stop bits. The a-TroniX Controller will scan on those first.

Konfiguration
RS485-Konfiguration
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, um die RS485-Kommunikation an BMR-Energiezählern zu konfigurieren:

Modbus-Adresse einstellen:
- Öffnen Sie das Einstellungsmenü, indem Sie die SET-Taste 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten.
- Navigieren Sie mit den Pfeiltasten zum Kommunikationsmenü (
P_2). - Stellen Sie die Id (eindeutige Modbus-Adresse) zwischen 1 und 247 ein.

Baudrate einstellen:
- Konfigurieren Sie im Kommunikationsmenü (
P_2) die bd (Baudrate) passend zu Ihrem System. Unterstützte Baudraten sind9.6 / 19.2 / 38.4 / 57.6 / 115 kBd.
- Konfigurieren Sie im Kommunikationsmenü (

Parität und Stoppbits:
- Konfigurieren Sie PAr (Parität) als
None,OddoderEven. - Stellen Sie St (Stoppbits) je nach Bedarf auf

RS485-Terminierung:
- Wenn der Zähler das letzte Gerät am RS485-Bus ist, fügen Sie einen 120-Ω-Abschlusswiderstand hinzu.

Ethernet-Konfiguration (nur PLA33RX)
Für Geräte mit Ethernet-Funktionalität:
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Ethernet-Kabel ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen ist.
- Verwenden Sie die Power Monitoring Software (PMS), um IP-Adresse, Subnetzmaske und Gateway zu konfigurieren.
- Überprüfen Sie, dass der Modbus-TCP-Port auf 502 eingestellt ist.
